Bellingham Girls Softball determines its financial plan by dividing its projected costs by the expected number of players. The league aims to keep costs low and adjusts registration fees accordingly. Once teams are established, refunds are uncommon unless highly unusual or unforeseen circumstances occur. Refunds can have a negative financial impact on the league and may lead to increased registration fees in the future. However, the league director will consider every request which should be directed to their designated email on the Board of Directors page. Any refund will only include the registration payment, with uniform and insurance costs being retained by the program. Refunds will be distributed via mail in check form.
